Responsibilities

Undergraduate Course Affairs

  • Course scheduling and coordination
  • Learning Passport score calculation and early warning counseling
  • Revision of required courses and curriculum clusters
  • Student course selection and credit transfer management
  • Processing applications for under-credit, over-credit, and course withdrawal
  • Signing dual-major credit transfer agreements
  • Course transfer and selection for transfer students

Undergraduate Registration & Student Status Management

  • Processing applications for deferred enrollment
  • Handling reinstatement of suspended students
  • Issuing warnings for students approaching maximum study duration
  • Managing graduation and clearance procedures

Undergraduate Internship Management

  • Compiling student internship records
  • Managing insurance for summer and semester internships
  • Handling agreements and administrative tasks for off-campus internships
  • Maintaining the internship platform
  • Organizing student internship results presentations

Admissions & Examination Affairs

  • Planning and drafting admission brochures
  • Handling administrative work for various entrance examinations, including special talent selection, application-based admission, transfer exams, and more
  • Organizing recruitment events such as Open Campus and admission seminars

Minor & Interdisciplinary Program Management

  • Course revisions and graduation qualification review for minor and interdisciplinary programs

Career Development Programs

  • Internship programs in public sectors for college students
  • Corporate mentorship programs and related subsidy applications
  • Implementation of the Ministry of Labor’s Youth Elite Academy Program

Academic & Administrative Event Organization

  • Organizing administrative lectures and seminars
  • Coordinating off-campus visits and exchange programs
  • Conducting ethical education, gender equality, and health education campaigns

Faculty Support Services

  • Verifying teaching hours and payments for full-time and part-time faculty
  • Assisting with midterm and final exam printing and distribution
  • Managing insurance and administrative tasks for part-time faculty

Course Evaluation & Teaching Quality Management

  • Conducting course evaluations and external academic reviews

Scholarship Administration

  • Announcing and managing applications for internal and external scholarships
  • Overseeing scholarships for academic achievements and research projects

Library & Equipment Management

  • Purchasing and managing books and academic journals
  • Procuring and maintaining teaching equipment

Financial & Budget Management

  • Managing applications, budgeting, and reimbursement for various funds and expenditures

Alumni Relations & Development

  • Updating and maintaining alumni information
  • Conducting surveys on alumni career paths (1, 3, and 5 years after graduation)
  • Handling alumni donations and organizing alumni events

IT & Website Maintenance

  • Maintaining the department’s official website and social media platforms
  • Managing data security and personal information protection

Work-Study & Student Labor Management

  • Managing student work-study programs and related insurance applications

Other Administrative Affairs

  • Providing student consultations and referrals
  • Assisting with departmental evaluations and academic conferences
  • Filling out university administrative reports
